As my client, you’re responsible for knowing the listed policies.

Regular sessions will be completed within 2-4 weeks. Weddings typically take 4-10 weeks.
Please be patient! I know you’re excited so I always try to get a preview up. Previews are available 1-2 weeks after session/wedding. If you are needing your images back right away, you may pay a $350 rush fee and receive your images in 24 hours.
Payment is due prior to your session via Honeybook, or the day of your session if you are paying cash. The price of your session is itemized on your invoice.
Your online gallery will be active for two weeks. You must download the images within the two weeks your gallery is open or purchase a flash drive copy of the images for an additional $30 (plus tax). If you do not download your images before your gallery expires, it is an additional $30 to re-open your gallery.
All RAW images will be on file for five days. Any changes you wish to be made to any image will be done within those five days. If you are still unhappy with the images after I have done everything in my power to correct them, that does not mean a refund. (i.e. I can/will not take away poundage on your body). After five days the images will not be eligible for change.
A print release comes with your sessions. This allows you to make as many copies of your pictures as you want wherever you want. This does not, however, allow you to change the look of the image. Doing so is a copyright issue and is illegal. As stated above, if you are not happy with your images, please let me know within 5 days and I will do everything I can to change the image how you would like it to be.
If you do not show to the scheduled session without contacting me 24 hours prior, an invoice will be emailed to you for 50% of your due payment that is due within three days.Please be respectful of my time, as I am with yours. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment, as your time starts once the session time begins.
If weather/family tragedy/illness does not allow me to attend session, a reschedule will be provided to you.
If there is a state of emergency issued, I will not be out driving on the roads and neither should you! (Safety first—coming from the nurse.) If family tragedy/illness does not allow me to attend your wedding, another Photographer of like style will be provided to you by me. Any additional costs will be covered by myself.
Only business checks are accepted as a form of payment. No personal checks. Returned checks will result in a $40 fee. Once I have contacted you about the returned check, you have 48 hours to give me the check amount in cash. If not provided, images will not be released. (So in other words, if you pay with a check, for any session,
that will delay your image release time because that check will need to clear the bank before you receive any images.)
A retainer is a non-refundable fee due at the time of booking a wedding to hold your wedding date. Once you have contacted me about doing your wedding, you have one week to let me know if you want that date. If you do not sign the contract/put down retainer within that week, that date will be available to the next couple.
No RAW or unedited files will be delivered to the client.

I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. I further acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to Coronavirus/COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. I further acknowledge that RAW Images can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, RAW Images staff, and other clients and their families.
I voluntarily seek services provided by RAW Images and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my appointment.
I attest that:
* I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
* I have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.
* I have not traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days.
* I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
* I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities.
* I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I hereby release and agree to hold Rachel Howard d/b/a RAW Images harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from RAW Images. I understand that this release discharges RAW Images from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against RAW Images with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from Coronavirus/Covid-19, or in connection to, any services received from RAW Images.
