Pricing is a combination of my services, skills, and time during the session, travel, post-session editing, equipment, print release, and digital download of all edited images. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location. Tax is an additional 9% to listed prices.

I schedule sessions typically during the “golden hour” which is an hour or two prior to sunset. I am a natural light photographer and sun placement during sessions is key to getting a great image that you (and I) are
happy with framing up on the wall! I will recommend what I think is best for your session and use the skills
I’ve developed over the years to suggest what I think will get the best image. I not only love natural light,
but I also love my clients: anything that will make you happy, I will always consider. Prior to your session, please make yourself familiar with my policies.

General timed session pricing may include but are not limited to standard portraits, seniors, small families
(less than 6 people), maternity, engagement, babies (i.e. 3-month session, 6-month session, 9-month session, one-year session, smash cake session, couples, engagements, individual sports pictures, individual prom/formal pictures), etc.

Coverage of the entire house inside (each room and any special details realtor would like captured) and outside. 15+ edited images (no limit). Travel fees may apply for long distance travel. 24-48 hour image delivery time. Price depends on the size of the house.
